Tbilisi State University Ivan Javakhishvili (TSU) , is the first university in the Caucasus region, opened on January 26, 1918. It was initially named “Tbilisi State University,” and in 1989, the university was renamed after its founder, Ivan Javakhishvili.
Tbilisi State University, or TSU, is one of the largest higher education institutions, with nearly 22,000 students enrolled across seven faculties. In addition to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs, the university offers vocational higher education courses as well as short- and long-term certification programs. Through close collaboration with foreign universities, Georgian students have the opportunity to participate in international exchange programs and joint educational initiatives to earn dual academic degrees.

International students can apply for dormitory accommodation at Tbilisi State University, Ivan Javakhishvili (TSU), after receiving their university acceptance.

University Admission Requirements:

Required Documents for Registration:

After submitting the application and fulfilling all requirements, you will receive an official offer letter from the university within 7 business days .
Based on the offer letter, Al-Batoul Group will begin the registration procedures. The process of translation, authentication, recognition, and final registration takes between 15 to 30 business days .
Students can enroll for either the Fall semester (September) or the Spring semester (March) .
